Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to share on the method used in creating self-realization among Malaysian Educators on the needs of adopting Computational Thinking (CT) Skills. This is an important step to begin the process of change. Once they have accepted the needs of CT, they could be the change agents to shift the Malaysian Education’s paradigm by integrating CT into their teaching and learning skills successfully. A total of 21 participants attended a CT training conducted by the author, and the training was aimed to create awareness on
(i) educators’ perspective on how the human minds work towards the teaching and learning process,
(ii) understand that CT is a unique school of thought, and
(iii) it is one important skill in this 21stCentury. Unplugged activities were being used to create the awareness where the findings clearly showed that the activities used during the training brought much positive results for the whole purpose of this study.
